Due to shipping delays across the country, please allow additional time for your order to arrive.

Free Shipping on Orders $200.00 and over (standard size and standard weight products).

​

Standard Ground Shipping:                                                                                                                                                      Orders will be shipped standard ground transportation UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.                                              We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Expedited Shipping:   

Estimated arrival: Second business day. Only available on in-stock orders and must select shipping option at checkout. Expedited orders placed after 3 PM ET Monday-Friday will be shipped out the following day.

Rush Shipping:                                                                                                                                                            Estimated arrival: Next business day (pm). Only available on in-stock orders and must select shipping option at checkout. Rush orders placed before NOON ET Monday-Friday will be shipped out the same day.

Shipment Timing:                                                                                                                                                                  Your order may ship in multiple packages at no cost to you as your items become available. Your credit card will only be charged for items that are shipped. Most in-stock orders ship within 2 business days. All orders placed after 3:00 am ET will ship the following business day. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not considered business days.

Please note, ONLY IN STOCK items are available for expedited and rush shipping, so please check your item's availability before selecting your shipping option.

Where We Ship:

We currently ship to U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories.   Surcharges for Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. Territories, APO/FPO) are generally only required when shipping large packages via UPS which are both much more expensive to those areas.   

                                                     

We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.

Though every attempt is made to ship orders as quickly as possible, they generally take 24 business hours to process before shipping. If an order is placed after 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Friday, then the order will not ship out until the following Monday. Overnight and Saturday delivery options are not available.

  • Standard: 3-5 business days.

  • Expedited: 2-3 business days.

Return a Product

1.Complete the back of the DSI  packing slip included in your shipment.

2. Pack the products securely in a sturdy package and include the packing slip.

3. Return the package to:

Return package using your preferred shipping carrier. We recommend using insured/trackable mail for these types of returns, as we cannot be responsible for items that don’t make it back to our warehouse.

For your convenience, the following are links to a few popular shipping carriers’ websites, which provide instructions on how to use their Online Label Services:

*Allow 2-3 weeks for your return to process, although, they usually don't take that long. You will receive an email confirming your refund.
